Yes I suppose a drooling Thor fanboy would remind you how the same mighty Galactus was given a basic elementary school lesson by Thanos of Titan on how his narrow mindedness and shallow thinking combined with his egotistical thought processes nearly destroyed himself.

Actually that was Starlin's left wing politics being placed into the comics. He was taking a shot at America and has stated so in an a later interview. That's why he put phrases like 'manifest destinty' into the dialogue.

Thanks for the info Doc. It still cannon though and believe it or not, it's not the first time I've heard that point of view. Let me dwell upon it and try to remember where it was brought up before.

Now I remember. This same message was given to Galactus by the Silver Surfer in the Herald Ordeal saga. The Surfer told G (I'm paraphrasing)if you continue on the same course of not being conscientious of the planets you devour, the inhabitants of the universe will eventually turn on you and destroy you, third force destiny or not. Basically the same message given by Thanos.

If you want the scan let me know.
