That’s actually the first review of the book that I’ve had.

I have written quite a few unfinished stories about the “Equalizer” but just haven’t been able to draw them all together (say in a novella length story).

I guess the “Equalizer” and the near omnipotent “Brell” feature in a few of my stories, including some of the unpublished stories (that is unpublished in a book) at the SFF World site.

    Hey Folks,
I just finished reading Garth's book
"Science Fiction and Alternate History - A collection of short stories"

It is a lot of fun and has plenty of appearances by our favorite Thunderer and his all-daddy.

Return of the Protector was a very nice reminder of the cycle of Thor's return.
The All Father had a great twist with a kinder gentler take on some of the questions raised in Jurgen's run.

But don't get the wrong idea, this isn't fan fiction - it is a different look at the role the gods might play in our future.

PLUS - a lot of great stuff about the Brell - who I am completely unfamiliar with but kind of come across to me as a cooler version of the guys from "The Day the Earth Stood Still".
I want to read more about them.

My favorite though is probably the last story -
    The Equalizer
This is what I have to say about that. Despite what Lt. Dumarest said to Chris McInnes, I DAMN WELL WANT TO KNOW MORE ABOUT THE SAS SUPERMAN!!!
I sure as heck want to find out what he is doing to take down shapeshifters. I also want to know more about what those pesky shapeshifters are up to.

Garth that last story is a novel and I want you to write it so that I can buy it and read it.

So fellow Thorboarders - there's my ringing endorsement for our Australian homeboy.
It's a quick fun read and it is right up our alley. I hope I hear from other folks on here about what they thought after they read it.
'Cause I enjoyed the heck out of it.
