The dialogue in the book is great but it is an utterly boring comic with a writer who takes himself waaaaaayyyy to serious. Incredible Herc is on time is consistantly a fun read full of action with great dialogue to boot. I really wish marvel would consider replacing JMS with either Faction or Oeming who have both shown they can write quality Thor stories. I shouldn't have to wait 2-4 months between issues for this angst ridden no action prose. BTW, HOW ARE YOU GARTH?
Quote:The last Thor comic I read was # 10 which came out, I seem to recall, in September 2008.
Quote:Now for someone who has been reading Marvel Thor since day 1 and through thick and thin I guess that's a pretty drastic step. The guy at my comic shop who has known me for 100 years (slight exaggeration) was flabbergasted when I cancelled
Quote:It wasn't just a matter of delays, I just seemed to lose interest. That's not a criticism of JMS work either.
Quote:I guess I'll came back to it in due course, possibly via the trade paperbacks.
Quote:I've lurked here a bit so I have gotten the gist of what's happened since I stopped.
Quote:btw my little book seems to be on a lot of the main sites now:
