Quote:Thor elevated Asgard using the odinpower. Sentry took it down by flying through the city's foundation and causing destruction. But why would this cause Asgard to actually fall to the ground?
Quote:The odinforce is keeping it up. What does flying through the foundation and physically tearing a hole through it have to do with reversing the odinspell?
that enough physical damage is going to bring it down. Does it really matter if a bunch of rubble is floating or not anymore. Asgard is gone. The rubble remains and it is supposed to be a holy cow moment I guess. So that is what happened. I think it makes sense that it owuld fall.
It might have been for the artistic "OH MY F'ing GOD" moment. But it just doesn't make sense.
Sentry flying through Asgard, and having a floating Asgard with a hole through it - THAT would make sense.
Tearing a hole through the land wouldn't actually make it fall. It has nothing to do with what is keeping it up. Because it isn't being kept up by physical means. It's being kept up by magic. So physically tearing a hole through it doesn't make much sense to me. That's all. It doesn't really matter much I guess. I just wanted to point it out since to me it didn't really compute.
