I think the battle between the asgardians and the ultimate "future foundation" went too quickly for my taste...would've preferred the asgardians mauling more enemies first before being overwhelmed. However, considering the overall story, it's just about to begin act 3. imho, a little bit premature to judge.
When the Daily Planet staff were wondering where was Superman that the 3 kryptonians were left running amok on Earth unopposed, Jimmy said..."maybe we just haven't figured out his game plan?"
Perry White: "Game plan? It's fourth down, the ball is deep in our territory...just how grave does it have to be?"
Now, the ultimate asgardians are dead, Thor lost for the umpteenth time in the character's long history (without any meaningful victory under his belt)...but it's still "a little bit premature to judge". no honey-pie, it's actually long overdue.
