Incorrect. The Moon Knight incident involving Thor II occurred prior to Roy Thomas' second run. Bullets bounced off him.

So all of the previous evidence is countered by the guest appearance in Moon Knight?

Well, let me tell you about this guest appearance in Black Panther... \:\)

Thor did this during Roy Thomas' run, when he was definitely bulletproof.

In his first run, Thomas appears to have had a different opinion of Thor and bullets, as he had Thor deflecting bullets even when that meant endangering innocent people. An officer is struck by a ricochet.
