Subj: Many of the characters of Marvel Comics are based absurd premises that rival the others.

    However your fighting a losing battle in trying apply real world logic and science into comics. The whole charm of the medium is based on adsurd premises. Adding to much realism makes the characters less interesting.

However, there's a fine line between an absurd premise and one that is beyond Ludicrous (taking that concept directly from the movie Spaceballs). Marvel is centered on a more realistic look of the real world than most other Comic-Book Industries.....

IE The Incredible Hulk. Robert Bruce Banner a six foot and at best 160lbs somehow gains an extra foot in height and an additional 800-900 lbs of bone, muscle and tissue mass from no where and loses it just as quickly. That defies the laws of psychics. Not to mention he survives being at ground zero of a special nuke.

You have viglantes who can evade gunfire. Sorry but the human reaction time is not that fast, by the time your brain processes the info it's to late.
