Reply Subj: I always felt. The humilty thing was a bit forced. Gods & Goddess are not suspossed to be humble. There deities not mortals.

That does not mean that they are infallable. The greek gods look down on humans most of the time unless the mortal does something to bring themselves to their notice. In JIM the godheads basically said more mortals can be created if these all die and so on. The gods are not the center of the universe, even though they like to think that they are. There are many gods, many greater beings still.

I alsways like it when they get a bit humbled. In order to be a true hero in any real way for humanity and not just some guy protecting his pets the god has to understand them and their condition. And be humble respecting the great things about humanity and the not so great things. Thor and Asgard has been humbled by mortal villans before. Any arrogance they have should have died a long time ago if you want me to be honest with you. Doom had them on the ropes to a degree.
