    Agree on a certain level..

    Prior to the stalemate, remember that it took Namor and the Hulk to subdue Thor. Thor was clearly shown as the stronger superhero.

I dont agree on this. Firstly that was the same time (if not the same issue) as the Thor and Hulk had their little side battle in the caves in JIM 112 where Hulk showed himself at least Thors equal in strength. Secondly i think it is pretty clear that the scene where Hulk is trying to pull Mjolnir from Thors hands but cant was meant to show Mjolnirs "cant be lifted by anyone but Thor" properties rather than a test of strength. This is made clear by Thor saying something like "Have you not learned that none but Thor can possess Mjolnir" after the struggle.

Yes its different from how the enchantment has later been portrayed - but in the next panel Thor just stands there and makes Mjolnir fly around the room controlled by his mind which is something he has pretty much never been able to do since either.

    After the Defenders stalemate however (and Hulk 300.. rage incarnate Hulk), I agree that Thor hasn't been as clear cut or as strong
