to be incredibly fan fic like. The character could do no wrong and his increasingly nihilistic view of everything was only supported as Hulk, or Banner or even Cho could do as they wished because they were unbeatable. I honestly did like Planet Hulk alot, but after that I found it to be more of a worship than anything else.

His mini on Silver Surfer was not very good either and his attempt at the cosmic scope Chaos War was horrid as well.

And before anybody goes off on one... hear me out.

Not since Peter David has there been a Hulk writer who has made Hulk stories that appealed on such a diverse amount of levels. I personally feel that if all comic writers were as passionate about their characters as Pak was about Hulk comics would be a better place overall.

If Pak was to bone up on his Thor (if he needs to) and let him cut loose as he wants, I am sure, nay, certain, that Pak would deliver some serious Thor epics of the likes of years ago when he was battling mangog etc...

Having said that, Im trying to think of other writers possible to recommend, but, Pak or a Pakesque writer would be cool.

Look Raist bunnies...
