    You mean "the madder Hulk gets, the stronger Hulk gets"? I actually love that line, but it's never been shown other than Hulk overcoming some attainable/physical obstacle. Otherwise, he'd be wandering around punching out Destroyer, Kurse, Mangog, Thanos etc. Nah, sorry, it's NEVER been shown in comics and never will, because it sounds great but wasn't thought through.

He's been shown getting stronger and stronger, with no limit put on his potential. Recently he hit a level where three of his mightiest opponents were less than nothing to him, their combined assault having so little effect on him that they may as well have been puny humans; they couldn't so much as turn his head.

Having the ability to grow stronger doesn't guarantee he'd reach a level where he's punching out the Destroyer or Mangog. It means only that he has the ability to grow stronger. It would (should) take extraordinary circumstances for him to potentially reach that level of power.
