I assume he's talking about the moment where Thor dispelled the mists and fog preventing him from being able to see the fight between Infinity and Odin.  But far from whipping up a storm powerful enough to blow galaxies out of his way, what Thor does is summon winds powerful enough to disperse the mists and fog obscuring his view of the skies.
 
Earth wasn't even in the scene.

When Odin fights he destroys galaxies. His battle takes him careening through the Universe. Between the 2 and Thor is the debris. To clear said debris Thor summons a storm. Shown here.
