I'll make this as easy as possible. Superman is vulnerable to magic. DC doesn't say only certain magical beings or objects can affect him, he is simply vulnerable to magic. See how simple that is. If The Invisible Woman manipulates the same energies as The Celestials, then she should be able to beat Thor, because she wields The same powers as The Beings who are supposedly above Thor and all The Gods. But she can't, now tell me what sense does that make?

Again, it's the nature of the attack, not the power of the attack.

I don't know why you don't understand this.

Also, wielding the same energies as another being doesn't make one capable of defeating anyone less powerful than that being. Otherwise, the Silver Surfer would be a clear favorite against Thor since the Surfer wields the same energies as Galactus.

Dude, Thor beat Galactus so why would he lose to The Silver Surfer? Please move along.
