It's Thor and a few other heroes going to outer space to face the Phoenix. Even though CBN have only said it's Thor who's going it alone...

He was able to knock out Rachel when she had it but honestly that was more an issue of the wielder not being fully sure how to use it. So it was more on her. Given that this version already beat Terrax easily I do not like this groups chances in a direct assault. Best bet is to try and figure out who the host is and find someone who can get through to them.

Because the implications are that the Phoenix doesn't HAVE a host at the moment, and that's why it's coming to Earth.

It's a primal force that burns away everything it touches at the moment. Mindless. Unstoppable. Unreasonable.

That's why Hope is such a big deal, because she will be the next host, and depending on what kind of person she is, she will either destroy the Universe... or not.

Where was that said? The only thing I knew of it recently was it destroyed the world Terrax was on and apparently Terrax too, although I am doubtful he is gone for good. Was this specified somewhere? If it is the force than it is a powerful cosmic entity and really no being on Earth could stop it directly. Although there are beings that could stall it for a time.

I know there are some instances saying the Pheonix is some force greater than the LT but considering that it varies like anything else I like to accept it is insanely powerful but not at that level exactly. Universal killing. Sure, although many things in theory can do that one.
