Thor in New Avengers 27 has Mjolnir again. Seems the hammer that the woman is using is an alternate universe's Mjolnir. (or it is 616's and Thor is using the Alt's, the issue isn't 100% clear) During a fight with Black Priests that looks like it will be the end of the Multiversal team, Thor says his last battle must be with his Hammer and reveals it strapped to his back and grabs it and brings the Thunder.

It's from an alternate Thor who was part of an evil Avengers crew pulled (by accident I think) from another universe by AIM. They fought and were defeated by the regular 616 Avengers.

Also, the current New Avengers storyline is occurring before the events of Axis, hence why Thor is still "good" here, even though unworthy.
