I really enjoyed the issue. It's awesome character development by Hickman, who is potentially writing Thor or "Odinson" *roll eyes* better than Jason Aaron. He wrote Thor as a powerhouse and a god in this issue.

Thor pretty much stops giving a crap and accepts that he is somehow unworthy from the whisper and uses the hammer with the unworthy enchantment. He proceeds to kick ass and is clearly the main powerhouse.
It would be nice (but tragic) if he cant lift this hammer at the right time.

I just dont get how this Thor, after all he has been through is somehow unworthy. Oh well..

Exactly, how is he unworthy? The only thing that makes sense is that the Watcher has knowledge of ancient arcane magics. And the whisper was such magic. Rhis works since he sees everything and he has been around almost since the universe began.

"James told me there's an old saying here on Earth: May you be in heaven half an hour before the devil knows you're dead.
Not sure if Turian heaven is the same as yours, but if this thing goes sideways and we both end up there, meet me at the bar."

Legion: "They will exterminate your species because their gods tell them to. You cannot negotiate with them. They do not share your pity, remorse, or fear."
