The Destroyer has certainly lost a lot of its status in this new universe. This was a Destroyer without a host and just hung up without fighting back. I am sure an Odin powered Thor could damage the armor. Even if the Destroyer was fighting back it should lose- if the Odin power was depicted as in the past.
