They did a Thor vs Hulk miniseries a few years ago where Thor and Hulk engaged in series of contests. The Champion of the Universe was also involved if memory serves me right. My guess is Hulk will be physically stronger and Thor will be overall more powerful not unlike the conclusion of the Hulk Annual 2001 where they fought. That being said with modern day Marvel, who the heck knows.

That should be the outcome , as Hulk always been shown as physically superior, but Thor overall more powerful!
