Yeah, amazing that something like this wouldn't have made an indelible impression on my memory since most of it amounts to your hard feelings of comics you don't like. Believe it or not there's a sea of this on the internet and this didn't stick out to me lol
Let's be clear about something. I have never said that you haven't written long posts about these comics. I said that I hadn't seen you present an argument or literary critique that wasn't overwhelming grounded in your own preferences. This is my consistent position: not that you don't go into detail, but that you conflate your taste with objective quality.
I think your standard for substantive critique isn't a good one if it just means, "I listed a bunch of things I didn't like."
Also, you said you posted essays. Let's say these would quality as essays. (Most of these posts are the size of a tweet thread.) Which one do you take to be the strongest one, most approaching objective or what have you? On that I'll demonstrate what I'm talking about. Or I can pick. I don't want you think I'm just going to pick the easiest one.
