I have no idea of what to expect from the movie. I hope it does not lean Aaron style but since the material comes almost exclusively from his run and Marvel/Disney declared it the best of all time I am not optimistic on that count. However the director has apparently demanded some creative control and since he wasn't fired that is a good sign. TDW movie was so fraught with company demanded changes the movie we saw was not the intended one at all. The director plainly said so during at least one occasion.

I would not mind seeing Beta Ray Bill but that stretches the movie out to probably three hours run time and that is not going to happen. The costume is not something that concerns me. Strength and power feats I would like to see in the IW mode. Fight scenes are important but not Thor vs. Jane because we can be sure how that would pan out. Gorr will be very important and one that has to stick the landing. Script and character has to be finely tuned or we end up with a Malikath from DW. I am pretty sure this will be the final Thor we see any version of unless he turns up in the loki show. I do not want to see him go out a loser or dead. There are a lot of factors to get right for this to work but I think it is doable and Waititi may be one of the few to pull it off. I add that I liked his Thor Ragnarok movie so others may not see him in quite the same fashion.

Hope Zeus not just used as a sacrifical lamb!
