Wow, am I glad this show is back! Sooooo much going on in this ep. I wish it was 2 hours long just so we could get more of it.

Me too! So much happened, but then I was also thinking, "Nooooo!" when it ended.

I loved the beginning where Merle and Daryl are forced to fight each other and for a split second you find yourself thinking "Is Merle really going to kill his brother?" but then you realize there's no way he would do that and sure enough, he says to Daryl "just play along little brother", so they could get out of there.

Yep. I really don't see them killing off Daryl anytime soon. He's a fan favorite, but then again that might be the gut wrenching blow they'll go with one day.

I do think Rick was wrong in not letting Merle come back to the prison because Daryl has been such an asset to the group and almost like family. I understand why Rick didn't want to bring him the prison, but he should have just blindfolded Merle and then taken him back. Yes, tensions would have been high for a while, but I think Merle would have eventually played nice and got along. He doesn't really have an alternative at this point since Governor was going to kill him.

Agreed. Losing Daryl wasn't worth it. It's a prison. They could've told him if he came back he was going in a cell. I was really surprised Merle showed restraint and didn't attack Rick. He was the one that chained him to the roof.

I also think Rick is making a mistake in not letting Tyrese and his small group stay. Yes, the others wanted to pull a coup while Rick was gone, but Tyrese and the other girl didn't and they stopped them. In any event, we know Tyrese is here to stay, so Rick will change his mind on that. I just hope he comes to his senses and goes after Daryl to try and get him back.

It'll be interesting to see what happens next. It's sad that he wasn't talking to them when he was yelling at ghost-Lori. I'm sure Herschel will talk to them and find a place for them to stay until Rick gets his head together.

What I don't get is Andrea. How stupid is this chick? If she didn't figure out how bad the Governor was before, this episode clearly shows her how evil this guy is and she STILL stays there instead of leaving with Rick and the others. Unbelievable

Seems crazy. From her perspective though I guess her friends abandoned her on the farm and she finds a nice place to live after months of being on the run. Suddenly they show up and kill a some people she might have become friends with. She might think they've become desperate and a little psycho. The fact the Governor hid the fact he had some of them from her should clue her in he's not being honest with her. Also the arena battle and pitting brother against brother too.

Can't wait for next week's ep!

Me too.
